Establish And Analysis Of The Research Document Database Of Adverse Reactions Medicine

Traditional Chinese medicine in our country has a long history, is a treasure of traditional Chinese culture. With the growth of globalization, Traditional Chinese medicine is gradually perceived by the world these years. However, with the widespread use of traditional Chinese medicine, the reports of adverse drug reactions have gradually increased. To Sep. 2014, the National Center for Monitoring has released 63 briefings about adverse drug reactions. Among them, the information on adverse reactions caused by traditional Chinese medicine has notified 24(38%). Meanwhile, with the international development of Chinese medicine in the United States, Japan, Belgium, Britain, Singapore and Malaysia and other countries, the adverse reactions reports caused by traditional Chinese medicine have also emerged, which hinders the sustainable development of traditional Chinese medicine. In order to facilitate adverse reactions medicine medical record for statistical analysis, the establishment of a database of adverse reactions caused by traditional Chinese medicine has great value. The database of adverse reactions caused by traditional Chinese medicine is the main tool of the literature review. It not only adverse information search and analysis platform provides high quality, but also to further explore the deep laws of adverse reactions medicine foundation.The paper used several research methods, including networked data query, literature, retrospective studies, database and statistical methods. Among them, I use networked data query method to inquiry ADR notifications by the National Center for Monitoring to know the background of adverse reactions medicine domestic; used the method of literature research to analyze research status of the database of adverse reactions caused by traditional Chinese medicine and adverse reactions documents caused by traditional Chinese medicine; used the method of retrospective studies to collect,analysis and finishing adverse reactions documents; used the means of Access 2007 to set up database based on literature collection of ADR cases caused by traditional Chinese medicine and other related information searched from modern periodicals and ancient books by handwork and computer; used the means of statistics to put the information into the database into Excel to analyze and discuss the factors of adverse reactions caused by traditional Chinese medicine.The database of adverse reactions caused by traditional Chinese medicine has the following characteristics: highlights the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, covering a wide range of content, friendly interface design, efficient data entry, convenient data query and diverse output formats. The database of adverse reactions caused by traditional Chinese medicine has also shortcomings, for example, single literature sources. Apart from this, accuracy of the data is not high and it cannot share in the short term. The paper put forward concrete solutions based on the shortcomings of the database. There are to increase sources of literature, to share resources and be strict for data entry.Statistical analysis of the data shows that,there are 27 kinds of Chinese medicine formulations and 3119(55.37%) cases of Chinese herbal injections in 5633 cases; unknown allergies cases reached to 3455(61.33%); combination therapy cases reached to 1185( 21.04%); the lesions of ADR involved in skin and its accessories, followed by the digestive system,anaphylactic shock, etc. The proportion of 54.79%in these three; the cases of getting better had reached to 3819(67.80%). Meanwhile, the adverse reactions are from the 23 provinces, 4 municipalities and 5 autonomous regions. The reporters of adverse reactions documents caused by traditional Chinese medicine show a continued upward trend.The occurrence of adverse reactions caused by traditional Chinese medicine have a certain correlation of patient factors, drug factors and medication factors based on the statistical analysis of the database. Among them, the patient factors are mainly physical condition of the patient; drug factors include factors of pharmaceutical dosage forms and the route of administration, toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine; medication factors include combination therapy and improper compatibility. Meanwhile, the paper put forward concrete solutions based on the reasons for the occurrence of adverse reactions medicine. The main measures are to raise awareness of medication, to strengthen the traditional Chinese medicine research and management and to enhanced rationality and drug safety.
