Objective:We compared the curative effect of acupuncture with encephalopathy therapeutic apparatus and general acupuncture. The patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The patients were treated by the acupuncture and encephalopathy therapeutic apparatus in treatment group. The control group was treated with the common acupuncture for five times a week,1 times a day, a total of 4 weeks, after treatment, the curative effect evaluation. The frequency of treatment for five times a week, once a day, a total of 4 weeks After the treatment, we assessed the efficacy by evaluation index have TCM symptoms curative effect evaluation and treatment index score of sleep.Results:(1) Two groups of PSQI scores were significantly decreased after treatment (P< 0.05), it proved the curative effect. of the groups. (2) The treatment of acupuncture and encephalopathy therapeutic apparatus in the total score and sleep disturbance, sleep efficiency has the significant curative effect (P< 0.05)Conclusion:We used the method of acupuncture and encephalopathy therapeutic apparatus to treat the insomnia, and found that it has good sedative hypnotic effect. The method could better improve sleep efficiency and reduce sleep disturbances, worthy of clinical application.
