Clinical Research On Acupunctur Treatment Of Insomnia Of Insufficiency Of Heart And Spleen

ObjectiveTo evaluation and observation acupuncture technique and ordinary acupuncture cure virtual of heart and spleen the clinical curative effect of insomnia.MethodsThe70outpatients,which were according with diagnostic criteria,were randomly divided into the treatment group’s (n=35) and the control group’s (n=35).The treatment group’s adopted the treatment of acupuncture every day.Meanwhile,the control group’s used Diazepam Tablets1mg per time every day.Each treating period for both groups was lasting for4weeks.Observed two groups of outpatients before and after treatment clinical symptoms, Chinese medicine symptom intergral and changes,disease severity of PSQI’s mark.ResultsThe treatment group’s the total effective rate was91.43%,control group’s was74.29%.Treatment group’s total effective rate was higher than the control group’s,but the two groups on the clinical curative effect comparison there was no significant difference(P>0.05).From the aspects of Chinese medicine symptom integral,the treatment group’s before and after contrast,there are significant difference(P<0.05),control group’s before and after treatment,with significant difference(P<0.05),after treatment the treatment group’s compared with control group’s,treatment group’s better than the control group’s.Two groups in PSQI scale scores improved relatively,treatment group’s in sleep quality,the time to fall sleep,sleep time and total score were better than the control group’s(P<0.05); sleep efficiency and daytime function of two groups was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion(1)Acupuncture clinical curative effect of treatment group’s total effective rate was higher than the control group’s. (2)Acupuncture treatment group’s in improving symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine is better than the control group’s.(3)Acupuncture treatment group’s influence on the minus points rate of PSQI is better than the control group’s.
