Objective:The purpose of this research is to detect thrombelastography (TEG) index for patients undergoing selective operation and study the relation between surgery in patients with pouvoir hydrogen (PH), buffuer excess (BE), hemoglobin (HB), hematocrit (HCT), alanine transaminase (ALT), aspartate amino transferase (AST), aiming at predicting and monitoring the coagulation function of patients through the difference from blood volume, pH, liver function and providing the basis for reasonable blood-using.Methods:Select patients undergoing surgery in First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University. Patients’ individual information, results of preoperative liver function index, Intraoperative TEG and arterial blood gas analysis were recorded. Then analyze on the correlation between patient’s PH, HB, HCT, BE, ALT, AST and TEG indices. The further regression analysis of related parameters.Results:102 patients met the inclusion criteria and participated in this study. HB and HCT of patients were negatively correlated with K, and positively correlated with Ma, CI. AST of patients were positively correlated with K, and negatively correlated with Ma, CI. HB, HCT, AST on the K value, Ma value and CI value were significantly different (P<0.05). Among all, the value of effect of AST on K, the value of effect of HB, HCT on Ma, and the value of effect of HB, HCT on CI are biggest. PH, BE, HB, HCT, ALT, AST of patients on R and a angle are not different. PH, BE, ALT on K value, Ma value and CI value have no difference.Conclusion:1. The decrease of HB, HCT and (or) high AST of patients exhibit low coagulation state. Its effects on blood coagulation function can be reflected in the TEG indexes. This part of the patient may be appropriate to use TEG for monitoring of coagulation function. In order to prevent the risk of abnormal coagulation function for operation.2. During peri-operation period, everything should be done to correct and improve the liver function and blood volume status as possible. In favor of the coagulation function good in peri-operation period. And guarantee the safety of patient.3. TEG in blood coagulation function monitoring are more sensitive. If can find the abnormal situation earlier and more accurate, more aimed at, the causes of abnormal clotting. Besides, it can clearly reflect the blood coagulation system or fibrinolytic system abnormal, and more specific showed abnormal reasons for clotting factors, fibrinogen or platelet. Provide more reliable basis for clinical treatment. As early as possible.
