Objective:To study the Acoustic Structure Quantification technology’s quantitative diagnostic value in fatty liver after comprehensive therapy of breast cancer.Methods:62 cases of breast cancer patients confirmed by pathology were chosen and blood biochemical indexes testing,including TC、TG、ALT、AST、ALP detection, liver routine ultrasound and acoustic structure quantification analysis within the first week before and after comprehensive therapy were performed. And the blood biochemical indexes testing and liver routine ultrasound were normal before comprehensive treatment, routine ultrasound examination of liver showed uniformity mild fatty liver after the comprehensive treatment.Depending on detection and analysis of liver echo signal by ASQ technology before and after comprehensive therapy of breast cancer to compare ASQ quantitative parameters,analyze the relationship between weight, age and ASQ technology. Meanwhile blood biochemical indexes before and after comprehensive therapy of breast cancer were analyzed.Results:ASQ quantitative parameters before and after comprehensive therapy of breast cancer as follows,Red Average were 114.49±3.92,107.62±3.45 before and after treatment;Red Mode were 111.53±4.53,104.77±3.13 before and after treatment;Red SD were 17.41±1.21,15.59±1.31 before and after treatment;Blue Average were 140.49±6.76,128.96±7.52 before and after treatment;Blue Mode were 128.83±3.85,121.35±5.04 before and after treatment;Blue SD were 30.34± 6.71,20.12±5.92 before and after treatment;BR Ration were 0.36±0.10,0.14±0.08 before and after treatment.The above ASQ quantitative parameters were decreases in varying degrees after comprehensive therapy, after statistical analysis of paired T test, p<0.05, indicating that the difference was statistically significant.Analysis of age and ASQ quantitative parameters change before and after comprehensive treatment of breast cancer for pearson correlation, partial p-value<0.05, indicating that the difference was statistically significant. Analysis of weight and ASQ quantitative parameters change before and after comprehensive treatment of breast cancer for pearson correlation,p>0.05, indicating that the difference was not statistically significant. In addition, blood biochemical indexes increased in varying degrees after comprehensive therapy, paired T-test through statistical analysis, p<0.05, said the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:ASQ technology in diagnosis of fatty liver after comprehensive therapy of breast cancer is a visual, quantitative diagnosis method, ASQ quantitative parameters are the quantitative index of diagnosis.The influence of age factor should be considered in the application. Detection of blood lipids and transaminase has a certain significance in the diagnosis of fatty liver after comprehensive treatment of breast cancer.
