Purpose: The gingival recession is one of the major clinical symptoms of periodontal disease. These patients with gingival recession for different of gingival surgery in this study. The prognosis was observed, thus gingival recession caused by root exposure and sensitivity to provide ce rtain symptoms surgery reference.Methods: This study was from February 2012 to February 2013. The number of 20 patients with gingival recession who received treatment in our hospital. The number of 10 people were female and the other number of 10 people were male. According to all the case history, patients without systemic disease. The study was the patients after mucogingival surgery to see have any gingival redness, swelling and gingival flap survival of observation. The gingival recession cau sed by the teeth of patients sensitive to root exposure symptoms of recovery.Results: The 20 cases were collected in this study. The patient of free gingival flap has survived attached gingiva width of 2-3mm and non-surgical gum swelling. The patients with gingival recession caused the teeth of sensitive, root exposure and other symptoms was good recovery.Conclusion: The mucogingival surgery for root gingival recession caused by the exposure and sensitivity symptoms have a better therapeutic effect.
