Objective:Choose Qing Xin Zi Shen decoction in the treatment of premenopausal patients undergo total hysterectomy for uterine benign lesions, and to observe Qing Xin Zi Shen decoction decoction in the treatment of ovarian function decline after hysterectomy clinical effectiveness and safety, postoperative early intervention, aimed at improving the postoperative patients early symptoms of the menopausal transition, improve patients’ quality of life after hysterectomy.Methods:In March 2014 to March 2015 in jiangsu province, Chinese medicine gynecology for uterine benign lesions and abdominal total hysterectomy alone in patients with the diagnosis standard of 35 cases,2 cases had removed for preoperative three is not in the normal range of sex hormone,3 cases of loss by midway lost to follow-up, and 30 cases of actual were done, adopt their own before-and-after design method of clinical, postoperative 1 month to start taking Qing Xin Zi Shen decoction,4 weeks for a period of treatment, taking two procedures, by observing the patients with preoperative and postoperative 1 month,3 months after the serum E2, LH and FSH values and improved Kupperman perimenopausal symptoms rating scale score (KMI),quality of life score changes.Results:(1)The clinical effect:Clinical control 0 cases, accounting for 0%; Powerfully 4 cases, accounting for 13.33%; Effective 21 cases, accounting for 70%; Invalid 5 cases, accounting for 16.67%; Total effective 25 cases, total effective rate was 83.33%;(2)Serum hormone levels:after one month down, compared with preoperative serum E2, LH, FSH increased (P<0.05);Hysterectomy may affect ovarian secretion of hormones function.Postoperative march (after treatment) is compared postoperative 1 month (before treatment), serum FSH declined (P<0.05), serum E2, LH, though no statistically significant difference (P>0.05), but after treatment serum E2 is on the rise, LH values are down a bit.Hormone level changes before and after treatment of prompt call Qing Xin Zi Shen decoction could improve the ovarian function;(3)Improved Kupperman score (KMI):1 month after the preoperative KMI numerical increased (P< 0.05), showed that after hysterectomy patients appeared different degree of symptoms of the menopausal transition;Postoperative 3 months more postoperative 1 month KMI decrease (P< 0.05), suggesting Qing Xin Zi Shen decoction can effectively improve the symptoms of the menopausal transition ahead of time.(4)the quality of life scale:perimenopausal postoperative 1 month compared with preoperative scores and three dimension independent integral were increased (P<0.05), the patients life quality decreased obviously after hysterectomy, embodied in the vasomotor, psychological and physiological three aspects;Postoperative march more postoperative 1 month total score and three dimensions independent integral decreased (P<0.05), suggesting Qing Xin Zi Shen decoction can from the above three aspects together improve the quality of patients with postoperative survival.Conclusion:Menopause on pure total hysterectomy may affect ovarian function, cause of postoperative symptoms of the menopausal transition ahead of schedule, Qing Xin Zi Shen decoction can significantly relieve the hysterectomy after surgery in patients with symptoms of the menopausal transition, improve ovarian function, delay the recession, improve the patient’s quality of life.
