Objective:The study aimed to analysis the relevance between the pathological damage and the clinicalcomplications in Milligan-Morgan and PPH.Methods:To collect the clinical datas of patients who were operated in anoreetal disease of Jiangsu hospitalof TCM from 2013.03to 2014.03. Toally 58 patients were devided into two groups, main index include recurrence, the sensory function of rectum, the function of self-control, and so on. The main index include pain, bleeding, and bowel control self-control. All of surgical specimens of the cases are observed using HE in order to see the lay of tissue they cut and the number of Pacini’s corpuscles were counted. Then analysis the relevance between thepathological damage and the clinical compliantions. Results:Curative anal pain, hematochezia, anal function and the pacinian corpuscles in resected tissue between PPH and Milligan-Morgan were statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:PPH operation with traditional hemorrhoid surgery group compared to the long-term incidence of cutting and pitching control ability has no obvious difference. PPH group of Pacinian corpuscles count higher than that of the traditional hemorrhoid surgery group may be the tangent bundle, PPH group operation recently. Anal function is inferior to the cause of the traditional hemorrhoid surgery group tangent bundle, possible ability to control it with the recent decline still need a need large sample data confirm.
