Objective:By systemic and precise clinical observation and research, discussing that Chinese traditional medicine has effect on anovulatory infertility. To provide new ideas and methods for anovulatory infertility.Methods:60 cases of patients diagnosed as anovulatory infertility were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the group of traditional Chinese medicine and 30 cases in the group of clomiphene. A course is three menstrual cycles. Observing the ovulation rate, pregnancy rate after curing between two groups. Evaluating the TCM syndrome integral, BBT, endometrium and follicles’ diameter, E2 and P levels before and after therapy respectively.Results:The ovulation rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group was 86.7%, which was 85.1% of the clomiphene group, so there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05). But the total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group was 83.3%, which was 66.7% of the clomiphene group, so there has significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). The pregnancy rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group was 40.0%, which was 13.3% of the clomiphene group. The pregnancy rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group was higher than of the clomiphene group(P<0.05). After curing, the curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine group was better than the clomiphene group on the TCM syndrome integral, endometrium’ diameter, E2 and P levels (P<0.05). But the two groups has the same curative effect on BBT, follicles’ diameter after curing(P>0.05).Conclusion:This study is the result indicating that Chinese traditional medicine can increase the ovulation rate and the pregnancy rate effectly, promoting the follicle development, endometrium, BBT, E2 and P hormone levels, symptoms. Comparing clomiphene, it has no side effect, low risk, marked curative effect. Method of invigorating the kidney and ovulation induction for anovalatory infertility is safe, convenient, economic, effective. |
