Invigorating Kidney And Regulating The Treatment Of Kidney Infertility Clinical Studies

Infertility is a common disease in women , and it is difficult to treat it. Although the disease do not lead to die, it is the source of distress itself, falling out between couple and family. It has become a essentially medical and social problem, So people pay attention to seek every therapy for infertility. The works, aiming to studying the clinic efficacy of the method of Tonify the Kidney and Regulating the Period of Menses(TKRPM) for threatened infertility, consisted of literature overview by analyzing the references about infertility and clinic study of TKRPM.Literature OverviewIn the paper, the author has reviewed the ancient and up-date data on knowledges especially etiological factor and therapy about infertility, the experience of many treating infertility were summarized. At the present, there are many problems about therapy for infertility by modern medicine, but Tranditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) provides much valuble experience on therapy for this disease. Chinese medical science thinks that kidney dediciency is the essence of the pathogenesis of infertility, and the clinic efficacy of the method of tonify the kidney is very good. So it is necessary to studying therapy for infertility by TCM.Clinic StudyUnder the guidance of the theory of TCM and her experiences, my advisor, Professor Luo Song-ping , points out the metheod of TKRPM to Treatment infertility. AIMS: Summaring my advisor' s experineces on treatment of infertility by the method of TKRPM, then, observing the clinic curative effect and study the mechanism, aiming to seaching a TCM therapy for infertility. METHODS: The programe of clinic study is designed. In treated proup, the patients were treated by the method of TKRPM; in controling group A by Prepared Ch. Medicine(Qi Li Wan); in controlling group 13 by morden medicine. Three month made up onetherapeutic course. As the same as, syndromes, basic temperature, results of Bultrasonic wave, hormone, LH value and AsAb in serum were observed. The curative effect was evaluated as recovery, improving obviously, improving, invalidation. RESULTS'. In treated group, controlling group A and B, there are 6, 3, 4 patiens Conceived by treatments respectively. The clinical effective rate of different group was 92.3, 80, 100% respectively. The clinical effect of three groups were not markedly difference (P>0.05). CONCLUSION: The above results demonstrate that the sydromes and examinations were improved after treated by the method of Tonify the Kidney and Regulating the Period of Menses. So choosing this method to treat infertility has a certain prospects, it is necessary to further studying mechanism of this method.
