When comparing the group for oral medication with the group for oral medication+external application method and also with the group for oral medication+enema method, it both finds no significant difference (P>0.05); but the total effective rate of the group for oral medication+external application method is obvious higher than that of the group for oral medication+enema method, it finds out significant difference (P<0.05). It shows that in respect of clinical effect, the external application method is better than the enema method. (2) The pregnancy rate of the group for oral medication, the group for oral medication+external application method, and the group for oral medication+enema method respectively was 46.67%,54.05% and 18.75%. It show that in respect of improving pregnancy rate, the external application method is better than the enema method. (3) When it respectively compares the integrals of each group before and after the corresponding treatment, it all finds out significant difference (P<0.05), which shows that clinical symptom of each group is all relieved. When it makes the integral comparison among the three groups, it finds out that the comparison results between the group for oral medication with the group for oral medication+external application method and also with the group for oral medication+enema method have significant difference (P<0.05); while the comparison result between the group for oral medication+external application method and the group for oral medication+external application method has no significant difference (P>0.05); it shows that in respect of relieving clinical symptom, the oral medication+external application method and the oral medication+enema method has same effect which is both better than the oral medication.
