The Therapeutic Mechanism Of Phlegm Antiasthmatic Method In The Treatment Of AECOPD Based On The Analysis Of Intestinal Microecological Changes Based On "Lung And Large Intestine Have Relevance"

Objective:Acute Exacerbation Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease?AECOPD?has a high incidence and high economic cost,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Now,the instructor has guided the idea of"Lung and Large Intestine Have Relevance"to treat AECOPD,use Jianpi Huatan Tongfu prescription for treatment.It is expected to optimize the clinical cure rate of AECOPD patients through the action of Chinese medicine on lung and large intestine.To improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the cost of treatment,and explore new ways for TCM treatment of AECOPD.Method:A total of 90 patients and healthy persons were collected in this experiment.Among them,the AECOPD?syndrome of phlegm-dampness due to spleen deficiency?patients were co-llected from January 2017 to December 2017 in the emergency department,the department of geriatrics and the department of lung disease.According to the order of visit,the random digit-al table was randomly divided into two groups,namely,treatment group and western medicin-e control group,with 30 cases in each group.30 healthy volunteers who came to the hospital f or physical examination were collected and divided into blank control group.The intervention measures of the treatment group were routine treatment of western medicine and taking Jianpi Huatan Tongfu prescription comprehensive treatment.The intervention measures of the west ern medicine control group were routine treatment of western medicine.The blank control gro up did not do any processing.The course of treatment is 10 days.On day 1 and day 10,the pati ent's clinical treatment information was collected.The patients were tested with the severity sc ore of TCM clinical symptoms,blood gas analysis and 16SrRNA intestinal flora detection.Lu-ng function tests were performed on two groups of patients on day 10.Input test data into Exc-el to compile data sheet.According to SPSS20.0 software,statistical analysis was performed.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant,and P>0.05 was not statistically significant.Results:1 After 10 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group reached86.67%,and the total effective rate of the western medicine control group was 71.43%.The two groups were statistically analyzed?P<0.05?,and the treatment group was better than the western medicine control group.The improvement of the main symptoms and minor symptoms in both groups was statistically significant.The treatment group was better than the western medicine control group?P<0.05?.2 In the determination of pulmonary function FEV₁%pred and FEV₁/FVC?%?in the two groups,the ratio of FEV₁/FVC?%?in the treatment group was better than that in the western medicine control group?P<0.05?.The ratio of FEV₁%pred in the two groups showed no difference?P>0.05?.3 The blood gas analysis of PaO₂ and PaCO₂ were determined in two groups.The comparison between the two groups was improved?P<0.05?,and the improvement in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the western medicine control group?P<0.05?.4 Determination of 16SrRNA intestinal flora in the two groups of patients,both groups of patients could affect the intestinal microbial changes in their patients after treatment,and the treatment group was more similar to the intestinal flora of healthy people after treatment.5 No obvious abnormalities were observed in the safety indicators before and after treat ment in both groups.Conclusions:1 It showed that Jianpi Huatan Tongfu prescription significantly improved the clinical symptoms of AECOPD?syndrome of phlegm-dampness due to spleen deficiency?patients,and it is better than traditional western medicine.2 According to the theoretical guidance of"Lung and Large Intestine Have Relevance",Jianpi Huatan Tongfu prescription significantly improved its clinical cure rate.At the same time,the intestinal flora change of AECOPD was positively correlated with the efficacy of Jianpi Huatan Tongfu prescription.The intestinal flora was closer to the healthy after treatment.There was no adverse reaction during the treatment.
