To Analysis 136 Gout Inpatients Clinical Characteristic And Differentiation And Medication

Objective To carry out clinical analysis on the rheumatism department gout inpatients of Wuxi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. Method 136 cases gout inpatients from the rheumatism department of Wuxi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital during in 2011.1-2014.4. Observed and statistical analysised gout patient’s general data include:age, gender, course of disease,length of stay; laboratory indicators include:urea nitrogen,creatinine,uric acid, cystine inhibitor C, β2 microglobulin,leucocyte, platelets,neutrophil,urine occult blood, urine protein,24-hour Urine protein quantitation,24-hour urine uric acid,erythrocyte sedimentation, C reactive protein;complication such as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, cerebrovascular events, renal insufficiency; Complications medication include:diuretics,Ca2+channel blocker,βacceptor blocker, ACEI, ARB, hypoglycemic drugs, lipid-lowering drugs, vasodilator drug;Specialty medication include:non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug,colchicin,glucocorticoids,sodium bicarbonate, allopurinol, benzbromaron.Results gout inpatients age,gender,course of disease and length of stayof stay centered in 50-79 age,male,5-10 years,10-14 days respectively. Inflammation index such as erythrocyte sedimentation and C reactive protein,neutrophil between in the pretherapy and post-treatment was significant difference in statistics(P< 0.05). Cystine inhibitor C and β2 microglobulin were more sensitive index on renal function lesion than urea nitrogen,creatinine,uric acid, urine occult blood, urine protein. Complication decreasing alinement was hypertension, heart disease, renal insufficiency,diabetes,cerebrovascular events in orderly.Specialty medication mained limitedly in glucocorticoi-ds,allopurinol,sodium bicarbonate, the si miao san and the rheumatism reducing swelling and pain plaster because of complication.Conclusion we found that majority gout inpatients were old age man and course of disease length and length of stay were longer.Their complication made it hard in medication choice.so,it is very significance to educate patients rational use of drug. So Chinese madcine is of significance in gout inpatients.
