| Objective:Observing the clinical efficacy of Fuling Daoshui Decotion in treating ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome speen-kidney deficiency symptoms.Methods:Select patients of the Jiangsu Province Hospital of TCM of Department of Reproductive Medicine during April 2014 to February 2015, who underwent in vitro fertilization and embryo transplantation consultation and came up with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. Divide the 40 cases into two groups,□ Control group:20 cases,Hydroxyethyl Starch Sodium Chloride Injection intravenous drip, subcutaneous injection of Cetrorelix acetate. □ Treatment group:20 cases, Fuling Daoshui Decotion, Hydroxyethyl Starch Sodium Chloride Injection intravenous drip, subcutaneous injection of Cetrorelix acetate. Compare the symptoms, vital signs, examination results and TCM symptoms before and after treatments.Results:(1)The comparison of control group and treatment group of abdominal circumference, body weight,24-hour urine output, Ovarian diameter, the pelvic cavity accumulates liquid and Laboratory and Clinical such as HCT, FIB, D-D has a statistical significance.(P<0.05) (2)There’s no statistical significance in improving Ovarian diameter.(P<0.05) (3)During treatment, abdominocentesis of treatment group was significantly less than the control group and the difference has a statistical significance(P<0.05). The albumin consumption of treatment group was also less than the control group and the difference has a statistical significance(P<0.05). (4)The TCM symptoms of treatment group improve noticeably, comparing with control group, the difference has a statistical significance(P<0.05). The improvements of abdominal pain and distention and anorexia was also more effective than control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Fuling Daoshui Decotion combined with Hydroxyethyl Starch Sodium Chloride and Cetrorelix acetate can significantly lower abdominal circumference, body weight, the pelvic cavity accumulates liquid,the odds of abdominocentesis, add the 24-hour urine output, it also improved patients’ HCT, FIB, D-D. The treatments also relieved patients’ TCM symptoms, reduced the psychological stress and financial burden, saved on medical costs, greatly improve patients’ quality of life and it’s safe.
