Objective:This study investigated the feasibility of the various clinical Surgical methods for Sinus floor elevation because of a deficiency of bone height when implant placement.Materials and Methods:The study subjects involved 10 patients between January and June 2011.They all need to execute a bone graft surgery because of lacking bone guanty.After the different sinus floor elevation surgery the implant were installed,The healing period was 8 months and the patients were observed for 1.5 year. prothetic restovation was conducted using single crown. All the materials containcollagen membrane, bonegraft implant, osteotome, SCA kit and piezosurgery Kit.Results:The implant surgery after the sinus floor elevation were successful with no infections,loosening and no significant bone resorption during the observation period. All the implants were stable.Conclusion:The sinus floor elevation is predictable only if following the indication, make a good presurgery assessment, taking good care when surgery and keep observation after surgry.
