Around implant have adequate bone is the necessary conditions to implant for get osseointegrate and prosthetic denture work well. The presence of maxillary sinus poses more challenges to implant suegeryin maixillary sinus regioncompared with the other areas. The residual bone height(RBH)of the poster edentulous is usually not enough after maxillary molar extraction, because of alveolar ridge resorption and maxillary sinus gasification.Have not enough bone always lead to the failture in osseointegrate.Maxillary sinus floor lift is a feasible method to solve the problem and increase the high of vertical alveolar ridge.Anatomical morphology will change after tooth loss,The residual bone height(RBH)in maxillary sinus region will reduce in varying degrees.Imageological examination especially the use of CBCT is very important before the operation in local area of maxillary molar.Study objectives:To collect the case history materials and image data of 29 patients that have finished the maxillary sinus floor lift, the data need to be measured Include the residual bone height(RBH)before the maxillary sinus floor lift(hl)?the vertical bone height after surgery(h2)and after 6 month(h3).Comparative study the influence of the change of the vertical bone height. To suppose the suggestion for clinic practice.Material and methodsThe object of the study include 29 patients who have finished the surgery of maxillary sinus floor lift and have a complete range of image date from 2013 to 2016 visiting Department of Implantology,Stomatological Hospital of Shandong University. To guarantee patients can bear the the surgery of maxillary sinus floor lift by systemic examination, rationalizing surgical planning by local examination(examination of the oral cavity examination of CBCT).Analysing the date(residual bone height(RBH)before the maxillary sinus floor lift?the vertical bone height after surgery and after 6 month and the change of the three point in time).Independ T-tset was used to examine the statistical significance of the date as follow:?residual bone height(RBH)difference between male and female ?residual bone height(RBH)between loss one and loss more teeth.?the change of residual bone height(RBH)between the vertical bone height after surgery and the vertical bone height after surgery 6 months difference between male and female.?the change of residual bone height(RBH)between the vertical bone height after surgery and the vertical bone height after surgery 6 months difference between loss one and loss more teeth.?the change of residual bone height(RBH)between the vertical bone height after surgery and the vertical bone height after surgery 6 months difference between different residual bone height(RBH).Results(1)The average of residual bone height(RBH)in maxillary sinus region was 2.42±1.11mm before the surgery,The average of the bone height in maxillary sinus region was 9.90±0.96mm after the surgery,The average of the change between before and after the surgery was 8.50±1.41 mm,The average of the bone height in maxillary sinus region was 9.93±0.96mm.There were significantly difference between before and after the surgery in the bone height. There were significantly difference between before and after the surgery 6 months in the bone height. There were not difference between after and after the surgery 6 months in the bone height.(2)In male group, the average of residual bone height(RBH)in maxillary sinus region was 2.38±1.14 mm before the surgery,The average of the bone height in maxillary sinus region was 9.73±1.41mm after 6 months. In female group, the average of residual bone height(RBH)in maxillary sinus region was 2.46±1.08 mm before the surgery,The average of the bone height in maxillary sinus region was 9.90±0.96mm after 6 months. There were not difference between male and female in the residual bone height(RBH)both and after and after the surgery 6 months.(3)In single-tooth missing group, the average of residual bone height(RBH)in maxillary sinus region was 2.86±0.44mm before the surgery, the average of the bone height in maxillary sinus region was 10.10±0.98mm after the surgery, the average of the bone height in maxillary sinus region was 9.27±0.83mm after 6 months. In more-teeth missing group, the average of residual bone height(RBH)in maxillary sinus region was 2.34± 1.17mm before the surgery, the average of the bone height in maxillary sinus region was 11.07±1.01mm after the surgery.the average of the bone height in maxillary sinus region was 10.10±0.96mm after 6 months. There were significantly difference between single-tooth missing and more-teeth missing in the residual bone height(RBH)before surgery.as well as the change of the bone height in maxillary sinus region between after surgery and after 6 months.Conclusion(1)Maxillary sinus floor lift is an effective method to solve the severe deficiency of the height of alveolar ridge in maxillary posterior teeth.6 month after this operation, the variation in height was positively proportional to the number of missing teeth. This suggests us for patients with a higher number of losing teeth in maxillary posterior area and lower levels of the remaining alveolar ridge,we should increase the height of the fenestration in the lateral wall of the maxillary sinus and the amount of bone graft to reach the excess.(2)A different degree of the decrease in residual bone height(RBH)in the maxillary sinus after the loss of maxillary posterior teeth, and the degree is proportional to the number of missing teeth...
