Objective:With the method of building an animal experiment model,it compares the effect of lifting the maxillary sinus in the goat and the effect of lifting the bone in the maxillary sinus of the IBS with the Summers osteotomes,and researches the effect of lifting the IBS with C.M.C technique in the maxillary sinus at the meanwhile,which provides a basis for clinical application.Methods:Part1:Establishing an animal experiment model of goat maxillary sinus elevation.By reviewing the literature,the maxillary sinus of ten goats were dissected,and the bone sinus of the goat was measured by CBCT.The 6-8 mm of the maxillary first molar was selected as the lifting site.Part2:Exploring the experimental effect of C.M.C technique for maxillary sinus lifting Eighteen local fresh goat heads were selected and randomly divided into 5mm group,8mm group and 10 mm group according to the target's lifting height.The Summers osteotome or IBS osteotome was randomly selected from each group of left and right maxillary sinus.The Summers osteotome was used as the control group,and the IBS osteotome was used as the experimental group.The maxillary sinus elevation was performed at the predetermined lifting site,and each group was lifted to the target height,counting the number of groups which can perforate and recording the height of the perforation.Twenty-four local maxillary sinuses with 48 maxillary sinus in all were selected from local fresh goat heads.They were randomly divided into 5mm group,8mm group and 10 mm group according to the target lifting height.Each group had 16 maxillary sinuses.The IBS internal canal was used for maxillary sinus at the lifting site.Lift inside,observe the lifting effect and whether there is perforation,and record the piercing height.Results:1.It is the first time to establish an animal model of maxillary sinus elevation in goats.It is safe and feasible to lift the maxillary sinus in the goat at 6-8 mm outside the maxillary first molar.It is named as the maxillary sinus lift of Fanhe Goat.model.2.IBS internal osteotome and Summers osteotome simultaneously performed in the maxillary sinus of the goat,the safety of the two heights has no statistical significance when the height was 5mm(P>0.05),and the lifting height was 8mm and 10 mm.The chisel safety was greater than the Summers osteotome,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.When the lifting height of the IBS is 10 mm,the perforation rate is significantly higher than the lifting height of 5mm and 8mm respectively.The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05)when the lifting height is 5mm and 8mm.There was no significant difference in the perforation rate and safety between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.C.M.C technique with IBS internal lifting osteotome to improve the maxillary sinus membrane can form a controlled circular bone piece larger than the diameter of the osteotome,into an umbrella-shaped bulging.Conclusion:1.The IBS inner bone chisel and Summers osteotome can safely raise the maxillary sinus membrane by 5mm.When the lifting height is greater than 5mm,the IBS internal bone chisel has higher safety.2.C.M.C technique can safely improve the goat maxillary sinus membrane 5-8mm,when the lifting height is greater than 8mm,the safety is significantly reduced.3.The safety of animal experiment model of goat maxillary sinus elevation in the upper lateral 6-8mm bone plate of the maxillary first molar of the goat is safe and feasible.
