Hypoxia or hypoxia alone dosing Pue a dded separately LY294002contrast,hypoxia+Pue+LY294002group Bcl-2,P-AKT more sig nificant downregulation.Bax upregulation more pronounced.Conclusion.Pue hypoxia inducible PASMCs inhibition of apoptosis,this effect may be through the PI3K/AKT pathway regulation.
