Observation Of The Curative Effect Of "Liqi Tongfu Method Self-made Prescription" In The Treatment Of Unstable Heartache Combined With Constipation (the Liver Stagnation Type)

Purpose:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of the method of regulating qi and dredging Fu-Organ on unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(CHD)and constipation.(TCM syndrome is stagnation of liver-qi and phlegm obstruction).Materials and Method:66 patients with unstable angina pectoris(TCM syndrome is stagnation of liver-qi and phlegm obstruction)and constipation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,control group(n=33)and experimental group(n=33)according to inclusion and exclusion criteria.The Control group:the routine standardized treatment plan and symptomatic treatment of western medicine were used,and antiplatelet aggregation,nitrate lipid,? receptor blocker,lipid-lowering drugs and symptomatic support treatment were given.The experimental group:on the basis of the same treatment scheme in the control group,combined with the self-made prescription of qi-dredging Fu-Organ method,one dose per day,twice a day,divided into morning and evening,200ml each time.Each group was guaranteed to complete 14 days of observation.Then observe the therapeutic effect of symptoms in all aspects.The main observation of angina pectoris,including curative effect,grading changes.In addition,it is necessary to observe and record the reduction rate of nitroglycerin and the relief of symptoms such as stool characteristics and defecation time.Results:1.In the aspect of angina pectoris curative effect,both groups have better curative effect,but the experimental group is better than the control group(P<0.05).2.In the aspect of ECG,both groups have curative effect and there is no significant difference in effect(P>0.05).3.In the aspect of nitroglycerin cut-off rate,both groups have obvious reduction rate,and the test group is better than the other group in specific comparison(P<0.05).4.In the aspect of TCM syndromes,both groups have better relief,but the experimental group is better than the control group(P<0.05).5.In the aspect of constipation,the experimental group is better than the control group after treatment.(P<0.05).Conclusion:1 the method of regulating qi and clearing the Fu-Organ(self-made herb solution)can effectively relieve coronary heart disease unstable angina(the syndrome of TCM was Gan yu Tan zu)and constipation angina symptoms and TCM symptoms.It also can reduce the amount of nitroglycerin?Improvement of constipation.2 The clinical efficacy of the method of regulating qi and clearing the Fu-Organ(self-made herb solution)has no serious adverse effects in clinical application.It's safe and reliable.
