The Clinical Research On Zini Shuganzixue Decoction In The Treatment Of Liver Stagnation And Blood Deficiency Of Hypomenorrhea

Methods : 64 patients with the liver stagnation and blood deficiency of hypomenorrhea were randomly divided into the treatment group(Zinishuganzixue decoction-group n=32)and control group(Jiaweixiaoyaokoufuye-group n=32).Period after taking a clean,service to the withdrawal before menstruation.Both groups to 1 months for a period of treatment,Altogether 3 a course.all the patient’s TCM syndrome,and the patients’ serum FSH,LH,E2,PRL.and the changes of endometrial thickness were observed during treatment with or without adverse reactions.Results: 1.In the aspect of therapeutic effect,Zinishuganzixue decoction is safe and effective to cure the liver stagnation and blood deficiency of hypomenorrhea.The clinical observation shows that the total effective rate of the treatment group is 87.5%,while the total effective rate of the control one is 62.5%. the treatment group is superior to the control group.There is quite significant difference(P<0.05).2.To compare the curative effect of the cardinal symptom,the treatment group is superior to the control one.the difference of the efficacy between both two groups is significant(P<0.05).In the aspect of improving the secondary symptom,the treatment group is superior to the control one,the difference of the efficacy between both two groups is significant(P<0.05).3.In the aspect of the level of serum sex hormone.Two group of 64 cases before and after the treatment of patients with FSH and LH,E2,PRL value no obvious difference(P > 0.5).4.In the aspect of Endometrial thickness.The treatment group and the control group are thickening obviously after treatment, but obviously thickening in treatment group, two groups after treatment, the results are significant(P<0.05).5.During the course of therapy, the treatment group and the control group had no significant adverse reactions.Conclusions: 1.Zinishuganzixue decoction in treating menstruation can significantly improve the situation.and obviously improve liver stagnation and blood deficiency in patients with clinical symptoms.the treatment is superior to the control group.2. Zinishuganzixue decoction has not find drug adverse reaction and side effect,so it has better safe and reliable,and will be liable to accept by the patients.
