| Objective:Based on theory and clinical researches,study the application of the bile gastric tongzhi method in treating bile reflux gastritis,and according to the bile gastric tongzhi method,to observe the clinical curative effect of self-made Yin Jin Shudan Decoction dialectical treating Bile reflux gastritis.Methods:Select 62 patients who met the inclusion criteria of bile reflux gastritis,cases were randomly divided into two groups.The test group treated with self-made Yin Jin Shudan Decoction, the control group treated with Dalitong Granule.The total treatment course were 4 weeks. To observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups,and the two groups of patients with gastroscopy efficacy cured were followed up for 6 months, to observe the long-term curative effect.Results:In the aspect of clinical comprehensive therapeutic effect,the total effective rates were 93.33% in test group and 80.00% in control group.The two groups had significant difference(P<0.01).In the aspect of gastroscope efficacy, there was significant difference between the treatment and control group(P<0.05). In the main symptoms of efficacy, The curative effect of the test group was better than that of the control group in improving dry mouth, bitter taste and heartburn(P<0.05). In the rest of the main symptoms, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). In the aspect of long-term effect, although the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05). During the treatment period, adverse reactions of the two groups did not occur.Conclusion:The correct use of the bile gastric tongzhi method in guiding the treatment of bile reflux gastritis can obtain good clinical curative effect. The clinical curative of Yin Jin Shudan Decoction in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis was superior to the simple application of the Chinese patent medicine. |
