Objective: To observe the changes of cumulative scores of people with Qi-deficiency constitution before and after Du-moxibustion therapy through comparative studies. And to analyz the intervention effect on Qi-deficiency constitution by Du-moxibustion therapy. To provide new methods and data reference for clinical intervention on Qi-deficiency constitution.Method: To select 60 people with Qi-deficiency constitution and divides randomly into the treatment group(Du-moxibustion group) and the control group(blank group), each has 30 cases. To observe the changes of the two groups’ cumulative scores of people with Qi-deficiency constitution at before intervention and after a period of treatment(four times). And according to the unified standard to judge the curative effect of two groups, made a contrast observation on the improvement of subjects’ state of Qi-deficiency constitution. Results: Compared scores of Qi-deficiency constitution of Du-moxibustion group before and after intervention, there was a greatly significant difference(P<0.01), at the same time the blank group showed no difference(P>0.05). After the intervention, compared the two groups’ scores of Qi-deficiency constitution with each other, there was a greatly significant difference(P<0.01). The total effective rate of Du- moxibustion group is 86.67%, and the blank group is 10%. Compared the curative effect of two groups P<0.01. The curative effect of Du-moxibustion group is better than blank group. Conclusion: Du-moxibustion can obviously improve state of people with Qi- deficiency constitution. And there has important significance to prevent the happening and development of the related diseases.
