| Object:To observe improvement of clinical symptoms of facial paralysis with HeguNeedling.Result:The 62 patients were departed into two groups:the treating group combinedwith Hegu Needling and the control group conbined with acupuncture.The resultsuggest that both treating group and control group get significant improvement insymptom integral (P<0.05).After treatment there are obvious differences in symptomintegral and clinical effect between them (P<0.05).The cure rate in the treating groupis significant higher than that in the control group.In the treating group, the best effectis in Fenghan type,the poorest is in Qixuekuixu type.In the course of disease,the effectin acute stage is much better than in the sleep stage and sequela.Conclusion: Hegu Needling can positively improve clinical symptoms of facialparalysis and the cure rate. |
