Clinical Study Of Yiqi Huotan Huayu Decoction In The Treatment Of Senile Stable Angina Pectoris Of Qi Deficiency And Phlegm Stasis Type

Objective:To explore the clinical effect,mechanism and influence on the quality of life of the elderly patients with stable angina pectoris by clinical observation.Methods:62 patients with stable angina of qi deficiency and phlegm stasis type were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,31 in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine.The experimental group was treated with Yiqi Huotan Huayu Decoction on the basis of the control group for 4 weeks.The effects of angina pectoris,ECG,TCM syndrome,stopping rate of nitroglycerin,6-minute walking test and Seattle Angina score were observed before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 77.42%and that of the control group was 58.06%.The effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 87.10%and that of the control group was 58.06%.The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).In the aspect of single symptom of traditional Chinese medicine,the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of ECG was 67.74%in the experimental group and 51.61%in the control group(P>0.05).In the aspect of stopping rate of nitroglycerin,the total effective rate was 87.10%in the experimental group and 67.74%in the control group.The experimental group had more advantages than the control group(P<0.05).In addition,in the 6-minute walking test and Seattle Angina score,the effect of the test group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,there was no obvious abnormality in safety indexes,no obvious adverse reactions and adverse events.The safety level of this study is level 1.Conclusion:Yiqi Huotan Huayu Decoction can obviously improve the syndrome of TCM,relieve the symptoms of angina pectoris,reduce the use rate of nitroglycerin,increase the exercise tolerance of patients and improve the quality of life.Yiqi Huotan Huayu decoction is effective,safe and suitable for clinical application in the treatment of stable angina pectoris.
