Research On Drug Law Of Professor Jiao Zhong-hua In Treatment Of Malignant Tumor Cancer

Purpose: Using "Chinese heritage Assist System" statistical software and association rules analysis study to analyze drug law of prescription medication of Professor Jiao Zhong Hua in treating lung cancer, stomach cancer, liver cancer, summarize the prescription drug law of treating malignant tumors.Methods: Select 200 cases of Professor Jiao Zhong-hua’s medical prescription about treating lung cancer, stomach cancer, liver cancer, then do data entrying,Data Management,Data Query,Data Analysis,Analysis result output and Network Visualization Show by using "Chinese heritage Assist System" statistical software,then mine medication rules of Professor Jiao.Results: 1. Common drug group of treating lung cancer: Astragalus, Atractylodes; Rhizoma Pinelliae, Zhejiang Fritillaria;Poria, Amomum; Centipede, Oldenlandia. Core drug sort: Rhizoma Pinelliae, Astragalus, Atractylodes, Poria, Fritillaria thunbergii, Amomum villosum, Hedyotis diffusa, Centipede, Trichosanthes, Jiao Sanxian. Clustering new prescription: Zhejiang Fritillaria, Tangerine peel, Fructus Trichosanthis, Rhizoma Coptidis, Earthworm, Ephedra.2. Common drug group of treating stomach cancer: Astragalus, Atractylodes; Poria, Amomum;Centipede, Oldenlandia; Rhizoma Pinelliae, Jiao sanxian, Psoralen. Core drug sort: Oldenlandia, Astragalus, Poria, Amomum, Centipede, Atractylodes, RhizomaPinelliae, Jiao sanxian, Psoralen, Coptis. Clustering new prescription: Fuling, Amomum, Atractylodes, Rhizoma Pinelliae, Jiaosanxian, Psoralen, Coptis, Codonopsis pilosula.3. Common drug group of treating liver cancer: Astragalus, Poria, Amomum, Jiao sanxian; Oldenlandia, Herba Hyperici japonici, Zedoary, Centipede; Core drug sort: Bupleurum, Oldenlandia, Astragalus, Herba Hyperici japonici, Zedoary, Jiao Sanxian, Poria, Amomum,Tangerine peel, Rhizoma Pinelliae. Clustering new prescription: Fuling, Amomum, Tangerine peel, Rhizoma Pinelliae, Centipede, Atractylodes, Rhizoma coptidis.Conclusion: By analyzing the features of professor Jiao Zhong Hua’s treatment experience of treating malignant tumors,the results are as follows: 1. Warm-natureddrug is the main composition, Supporting healthy fundamentally solid protection is given priority to; 2. Sweet-flavoreddrugs is given priority to, using drugs tastes sweet, bitter, acrid at the same time; 3. The drugs which play a major role in spleen meridian and stomach meridian are the main composition, paying more attention to syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation; 4. Paying more attention to the coordination of different drug efficacy, paying more attention to the using of tonifying qi spleen drug, detoxification drug, digestives drugs.
