Clinical Research On Children Infantile Anorexia Due To Disharmony Of Spleen And Stomach With Auricular Application Pressure Treatment

Objective:The article is to observe the effect of auricular application pressure treatment in curing children infantile anorexia due to disharmony of spleen and stomach and in discussing the mechanism. Methods:60 patients with children infantile anorexia due to disharmony of spleen and stomach were randomly chosen and divided into two groups:the treatment group and the control group. Each group contains 30 cases. The treatment group was treated by auricular application pressure treatment while the control group was treated by Infantile Jianpi Huaji Oral Liquid. The data was analyzed by correlation analysis of statistical after 2 months. Results:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.34%, while the effective rate of the acupuncture group was 83.34%. Therefore, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The main symptom scores were significantly decreased in the two groups than those before treatment (P<0.05). The above stated indexes of treatment group significantly decreased compared with that of control group (P<0.05). The weight was significantly increased in treatment groups than that before treatment (P<0.05). The above stated index of treatment group significantly increased compared with that of control group (P<0.05). The Serum zinc was significantly increased in both groups than that before treatment (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, treatment group has no obvious increase in serum zinc content. P>0.05. Conclusions:Auricular application pressure treatment has a better therapeutic effect on children infantile anorexia due to disharmony of spleen and stomach. Because of the advantages of no adverse effect and pain, and being accepted easily by patients and their parents, it is worth advocating to be applied.
