Clinical Observation Of Vulvoaginal Candidiasis Attacked Again By The Therapy Of Clearing Heat And Removing Dampness

Objective:The purpose of this study is to explore the clinical effects of treated recurrent VVC by the therapy of clearing heat and removing dampness,and reduced the recurrence rate of VVC,and providing scientifical basis for the advantage of tradition treatment of VVC.Methods:This study selected the outpatient patient 60 cases o who came from the third hospital in wuhan in August 2013 to October 2014,all cases in accordance with the bringing in and ruling out standards, randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group. The treatment group choosed clearing heat and removing dampness in treatment,the control group treated for clotrimazole switch with the 4% sodium bicarbonate solution.One times a day,a period of treatment for 7 days, the treatment process for one months,a total of two period in the treatment.In the treatment was on sex and paid attention to hygiene.And reviewed after the treatment of 3~7 days,January,march and may, to avoid the the menstrual period.Observed the following indexes before and after the treatment:the symptom integral of traditional Chinese medicine,clinical symptoms and signs integral, vaginal cleanness, microscopic examination of thesecretion and the quality of life changed.analyzed by the SPP16.0 system software.Results:Two groups of patients were not out and fall off.The symptom severity, motherhood,the number of miscarriages, and the syndrome type of traditional Chinese medicine is no statistical difference in two groups before the treatment(P>0.05).(1)After 2 courses of treatment,two groups of patients in the symptom of traditional Chinese medicine, clinical symptoms and signs,the total curative effect were increased,the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05),the results showed the control group had 30 cases,there were 13 patients cure,5 patients had significant effect,4 patients had effected,and 8 patients were invalided,the effective treatment of this group was 73.30%.Treatment group had 30 cases,there were 15 patients cured,6 patients had significant effect,5 patients had effected,and 4 patients were invalided,the effective treatment of this group was 86.70%.(2)The comparison of vaginal cleanness was comparable in the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),the vaginal cleanness compared with significant difference after the treatment in two groups of patients(P< 0.05).(3)After the treatment,the candida clearance of two groups showed that: the treatment group was 83.3%, the control group was 60%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The quality of life in two groups were increased after the treatment, the difference of the total points of comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05). And all patients were successfully completed two courses of treatment,there was no serious adverse reactions and interruption of treatment.In five months of follow-up after treatment,the treatment of patients in control group with a valid one VVC recurrence,however the treatment group was no found.Conclusions:Using the therapy of Clearing heat and removing dampness treated the recurrence of Vulvoaginal Candidasis,we found this way could improve obviously the patient’s clinical symptoms and signs,removal the candida ane the quality of life of patients,and less adverse reaction,reduced the recurrence of VVC in the short time. Prompted that the therapy of Clearing heat and removing dampness treated the recurrence of Vulvoaginal Candidasis had better clinical effect.
