Observation Of Curative Effect Of Clearing Away Heat And Dampness And Removing Phlegm Method Combined With Ursodeoxycholic Acid Capsule On Primary Biliary Cholangitis

Objective: The treatment of primary biliary cholangitis was treated with clearing away heat and dampness and removing phlem method combined with ursodeoxycholic acid capsule,and its clinical efficacy was observed,hope to provide new methods and clinical basis for clinical treatment of PBC.Research methods: Thirty patients who met the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine in this study were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the order of treatment.There were 15 cases in each group.There was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of age,gender and disease duration.The treatment group was treated with clearing away heat and dampness and removing phlem method combined with ursodeoxycholic acid capsules.The control group was treated with ursodeoxycholic acid capsules alone.The clinical signs and liver function of TCM patients were recorded before and after 16 weeks of treatment.Changes in indicators,the data obtained using statistical software for analysis,compare efficacy.Results:1.In terms of total efficacy,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 66.67%,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05);2.In terms of TCM syndromes scores,the two groups were significantly improved after treatment(P < 0.01),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01);3.In terms of TCM single symptom scores,the two groups were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.01),and improved in fatigue,body yellowing,flank pain,chest and abdomen swelling,dry mouth and bitterness,loss of appetite,the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05);however,there was no significant difference between the two groups in improving skin itching(P>0.05);4.In terms of liver function indicators,the two groups were significantly improved after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving ALP,ALT,AST,TBIL(P<0.05),but the two groups were GGT for patients.There was no significant difference in the improvement of TBA(P>0.05).Conclusion: The clearing away heat and dampness and removing phlegm method combined with ursodeoxycholic acid capsule is effective in treating primary biliary cholangitis.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and liver function indexes of patients.No discomfort and adverse reactions were found during the study.It is safe and effective treatment method.
