Objective:Chronic non-atrophic gastritis(CNAG), also known as chronic superficial gastritis is a common multiple of digestive diseases, and it is in the majority of patients accounting for clinical endoscopy who are with chronic gastritis. In recent years, with the change of lifestyle, eating habits and the pace of work, Increased incidence of CNAG has been concerned by the medical workers. In order to find the best treatment to improve the clinical efficacy, this study uses acupotome lysis to treat CNAG, and on the basis of clinical observation, measured before and after treatment of functional changes of autonomic nervous system and gastric mucosal blood flow in patients, and to explore the active mechanism by acupotome lysis in the treatment of CNAG, and to provide the scientific basis of clinical trials for it. Methods:60 cases of CNAG patients who meet the study criteria, according to the hospital sequence, randomly divided into needle knife(hereinafter referred to as the treatment group) and electric acupuncture group( hereinafter referred to as the control group), 30 cases in each group. Treatment group use acupotome lysis treatment, 1 times a week, and a total of 3 times. The control group was treated by electric acupuncture, 1 times a day, six times a week, a total of 3 weeks treatment. After treating of 3 weeks, to observe the two groups of clinical curative effect, gastroscopy effect, and to observe the changes of autonomic nervous function and gastric mucosal blood flow of the two groups before and after treatment, and have a comparative analysis Results:1. Comparison of clinical efficacy: the treatment group of 30 patients were cured 19 cases, accounting for 63.3%, 6 cases were evident effective, accounting for 20.0%, 3 cases were effective, accounting for 10.0%, 2 cases were inefficiency, accounting for 6.7%, and markedly effective rate was 83.3%,the total effective rate was 93.3%; The control group cured 15 cases, accounting for 50.0%, 4 cases were evident effective, accounting for 13.3%, 5 cases were effective, accounting for 16.7%, 6 cases were inefficiency, accounting for 20.0%, and markedly effective rate was 63.3%,the total effective rate was 80.0%. Comparison of the two groups, the difference was significant(P<0.05)which show that acupotome lysis treatment of CNAG clinical efficacy was significantly better than the control group.2. Comparison of efficacy of endoscopy: the treatment group of 30 patients were cured 17 cases, accounting for 56.3%, 7 cases were evident effective, accounting for 23.3%, 2 cases were effective, accounting for 6.7%, 4 cases were inefficiency, accounting for 13.3%, and the markedly effective rate was 80.0%,the total effective rate was 86.7%; The control group cured 14 cases, accounting for 46.7%, 5 cases were evident effective, accounting for 16.7%, 3 cases were effective, accounting for 10.0%, 6 cases were inefficiency, accounting for 20.0%, and markedly effective rate was 63.3%,the total effective rate was 73.3%. Comparison of the two groups, the difference was significant(P<0.05) which show that acupotome lysis treatment efficacy in improving gastric mucosal inflammation in CNAG patients were significantly better than the control group.3. Comparison of changes of GMBF: After treatment, GMBF were significantly increased. Compared with pre-treatment, treatment group had significant differences(P<0.01), the control group had a significant difference(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the GMBF in treatment group improved more significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). It is show that acupotome lysis treatment efficacy in improving GMBF in CNAG patients were significantly better than the control group.4. Comparison of changes of Autonomic Nerve function: After treatment, LF, LF/HF were reduced, HF were increased. Compared with the pre-treatment, in the statistical analysis, the LF, HF, LF/HF changes in treatment group have significant differences(P<0.01); the LF, HF changes in control group have significant differences(P<0.05), and the LF/HF change in a very significant difference(P<0.01).After treatment, compared with the control group, in the statistical analysis, the LF, HF changes in treatment group have a significant difference(P<0.05), LF/HF changes have significant differences(P<0.01). It is show that acupotome lysis treatment efficacy in restoring autonomic nerve function in CNAG patients were significantly better than the control group. Conclusion:1. In the treatment of CNAG, the clinical efficacy and gastroscopy efficacy of acupotome lysis were significantly better than the control group, and with short course advantage, which provides a new and effective method for CNAG’s treatment.2. Acupotome lysis treatment can dramatically improve GMBF in CNAG patients, thus improving the local disturbance of blood circulation in gastric mucosa, which can promote the repair of gastric mucosa.3. Acupotome lysis treatment can recovery the autonomic nervous function with balance in CNAG patients, thus improving the activity of sympathetic nerve and the vagus nerve which control the stomach, which can make the stomach physiological function back to normal.
