Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Cough By Acupuncture Autonomic Nerve

Objective:to randomly divide patients with chronic cough into acupuncture autonomic nerve,regional treatment group and traditional acupuncture control group.Observe clinical curative effect in the process of two groups in the treatment of chronic cough,verify the acupuncture autonomic nerve corresponding regional clinical advantages in the treatment of the disease,which established the optimal therapy of clinical acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in the future.Methods:72 patients with chronic cough were observed in the acupuncture clinic and respiratory department of the affiliated hospital of changchun university of Chinese medicine from January 2017 to December 2017.The 72 patients with chronic cough that would conform to the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,among which 36 cases were in the corresponding regional group of acupuncture autonomic nerve and 36 in the traditional acupuncture group.After 2 courses of treatment,the changes of VAS score and the change of cough symptom score before and after treatment were observed to compare the treatment status of the two groups.Results:among the 72 patients with chronic cough who met the inclusion criteria,7 of the patients had fallen off during the treatment,2 cases were lost in the treatment group and 5 cases were lost in the control group.VAS evaluation was compared,and the VAS scores were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05),and the VAS score was lower in the treatment group after 2 courses(P<0.05).Comparison of cough symptom score:there were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the score of cough symptom in the treatment group after 2 courses was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:this study shows that acupuncture autonomic nerve is effective in treating chronic cough,but more high-quality research is needed to make the demonstration stronger.The safety and operability is strong,the treatment effect is very ideal,the patient satisfaction is high,has the advantage in the treatment,can choose first.
