Clinical Observation Of Improved Wan Dai Tang Treat Excessive Leucorrhea Of Spleen Damp- Heat

Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of improved Wan Dai Tang treat excessive leucorrhea of Spleen Damp-heat,according to the improvement that local vaginal and systemic symptoms and signs of the patients,preliminarily evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety; combine traditional medicine and modern pathology pharmacology explore the mechanism for the clinical treatment of women using ancient Chinese side to provide a scientific basis for gynecological leukorrheal disease.Method: In this study, we use the experimental design method of self- comparison before and after remedy. We treat the inclusion criteria 40 patients(the amount of leucorrhea is presenting symptom、Spleen Damp-heat is main type) provide with improved Wan Dai Tang.Treatment of 7 days is each menstrual cycle(1 courses), the treatment of three consecutive menstrual cycles(three courses).To record vaginal local symptoms and signs score of patients before treatment and after the end of the first,the second and the third course, the overall score of TCM symptoms before and after treatment,and measured results of safety index;the same time,to record the situation of recrudescence after the end of the the first,the second and the third course,and after treatment the first,the second and the third month.Compiling to relevant clinical data for statistical analysis, to evaluate the clinical efficacy, the recurrence rate and safety of improved Wan Dai Tang; the same time statistical analyse the relativity of age, the course of disease,the severity of disease, time of therapy of patient with the drug efficacy.Results:After three courses of treatment, there were cured 16 cases, 18 cases markedly effective in 5 cases and 1 case among 40 cases of the paitents, and the total effective rate is up to 97.5%.Compared with the group before treatment,improved Wan Dai Tan had reduced the score of vaginal symptoms, signs and overall TCM symptom clealy, and even there was a significant difference(P<0.05); furthermore,there are significant differences in the treatment of recurrent rate amomg the first,the second and the third course(P<0.05); there was no significant difference in relapse rate after treament among the first,the second and the third month(P>0.05);improved Wandai Tang was used to cure the amount of leucorrhea efficacy and stabili the recur rence rate is low,for different patient age,severity of disease, the course of disease,time of therapy all have good efficacy;Drug efficacy is not affected by patient age(P>0.05);but with the course of disease, severity of disease,time of treatment- related(P<0.05), the shorter the duration, the more effect good; the effect of mild or moderate conditionin with patients was significantly better than severe conditionin with patients; the longer course of treatment was, the better effect had; throughout the course of treatment,it did not appear the significant side effects and adverse reactions.Conclusion:The improved Wan Dai Tang can significantly improve ralated symptoms of patients with excessive vaginal discharge, a significant effect and stable,the recurrence rate is low, safety is good and worthy of clinical application.
