Excessive Menstruation Sun Dehumidification Decoction Deficiency Of The Spleen Menstrual Clinical Observation

OBJECTIVE: To report a research on the treatment of excessive menstruation (dysfunctional uterine bleeding of ovulatory type) with traditional Chinese medicine Tiao Jing Sheng Yang Chu Shi Tang, and summarize the current progress of the excessive menstruation.METHODS: The clinical data of 30 cases with excessive menstruation (dysfunctional uterine bleeding of ovulatory type) were selected as subjects whose ages are between 18 and 45 years old, (and the volume of menstrual flow supasses 80 milliliters much, and the menstruation after color pale red after nature clean thin,or the partner facial color yellowish white tired pants the lazy word lower the abdomen to ache continuously incapable. The body of the tongue was pale red, and the coated tongue was moss thin white weak and the pulse was thin. We used the Chinese medicinal formulae Tiao Jing Sheng Yang Chu Shi Tang to cure these patients. Its composition is : Radix astragali, Chinese angelica dark, green technique windproof ,nepeta japonica ,vitex trifolia gao, this licorice angelica ,sylvestris angelica ,cimicifuga fetida, simpley bupleurum ,chinensis .In terms of the coated tongue and the pulse tracings of the patients, the glossy privet fruit, ecliptae herba, and garden burnet root were added. The above medicine were boiled and twice every day by mouth, to last 7days, and then to observe the curative effect.RESULT]: From 30 cases of bradymenorrhea, 6 cases were cured(20%), 16 cases showed excellence(53.33%), 7 cases showed effectiveness(23.33%), and 1 case was ineffective(3.33%). The effective rate was 96.67% of all the cases. All the symptoms, the contrast between the two stages, before the cure and after the cure, was significant, P<0.05.[CONLUSION]: The Chinese medicinal formulae Tiao Jing Sheng Yang Chu Shi Tang for the treatment of excessive menstruation (dysfunctional uterine bleeding of ovulatory type) is a effective mean developed by us. Chinese medicine is worthwhile for further study and wide clinical application.
