Objective: To observe the Tangxinshu mixture on diabetic cardiomyopathy due to deficiency of both qi and Yin, blood stasis syndrome in patients with clinical efficacy and sugar Xinshu Decoction on diabetic cardiomyopathy in rats heart function and myocardial tissue structure to improve the experimental study.Methods: Clinical research, 60 cases of diabetic cardiomyopathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Two groups were treated, including diabetes health education, diet and exercise therapy; hypoglycemic, lipid-lowering,antihypertensive therapy. The foundation treatment in the treatment group based on the use of Tangxinshu mixture, daily a agent, treatment with 8W, before and after treatment in the two groups given determination of blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood lipid,plasma levels of BNP and cardiac function classification and ultrasonic echocardiography,and TCM syndrome curative effect evaluation, to judge the curative effect of Tangxinshu mixture in the treatment of diabetic cardiomyopathy.The experimental study, the STZ was used to prepare the diabetic cardiomyopathy rat model, and was divided into the model group, the Chinese medicine group, the remaining14 rats as normal group. TCM group given Tangxinshu mixture orally and in normal group and model group were given intragastric administration of the same dose of saline and administration of 8W, to observe rat general state, blood glucose, plasma levels of BNP and echocardiographic changes and myocardial tissue were stained by he and Masson staining were used to observe the change of myocardial tissue in rats with diabetic cardiomyopathy.Results: Statistics show that effect of general clinical research results show that after treatment in two groups, the treatment group the total effective rate was 83.33% in thecontrol group, the total efficiency of 46.67%. The treatment group was better than control group(P < 0.05). After the treatment, the two groups of symptom scores were slightly lower in the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05);sugar heart Shu Decoction in improving DCM patients blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood lipids, BNP and cardiac function effect is better than that of the control group(P < 0.05); safety observation index were found in blood routine, urine routine, stool routine, liver and kidney function were not significantly changed, indicating that the sugar heart Shu decoction has good security.Experimental results show that the model group compared with the control group of rats, increase in the size of the heart, myocardial cell damage, increased myocardial interstitial collagen fibers, compared to the Chinese traditional medicine group and the model group rats, heart volume smaller, reduce the rat myocardial cell damage and myocardial interstitial collagen fibers; compared BNP and blood sugar, and ultrasound in the Chinese medicine group and model group echocardiography were significantly improved.Conclusion: The clinical effect of DCM in treating DCM was remarkable, and the cardiac function and myocardial ultrastructure of rats were improved.. Have better clinical research value.
