Clinical Research On Treating Hypertension Of The Perimenopausal Women By Erxian Soup

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the soup of Erxian on treating hypertension during women perimenopausal period and explore its mechanism and treatment.Mathodology: Sixty patients selected on the basis of admitted diagnostic criteria of hypertension were devided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group( 30 cases) at random.The control group was treated by enalaprilat tablets, the treatment group was treated by enalaprilat tablets combined with traditional Chinese medicine Erxian soup. Two groups are taking 4 weeks, for a period of treatment. Observe two groups of decompression and the change of TCM clinical symptoms.Results: Both the treatment group and control group can lower blood pressure.While the treatment group can not only improve the clinical symptoms, but also can improve the symptoms of menopause syndrome, curative effect is superior to the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Chinese medicine Erxian soup can not only lower blood pressure, but also can improve the symptoms of menopause, is an effective prescription for the treatment of menopausal women hypertension.
