Mr. Li Keshao(1910--- 1996) is a professor of Shandong Traditional Chinese Medicine University, the famous scholar on treatise on febrile diseases. Mr. Li Keshao is knowledgeable and absorbs the merits of others. He becomes famous for the "Theory of answers of Treatise doubts", and it also shows the young man the vigor and vitality of an ancient book before two thousand years. Meanwhile, Mr. Li Keshao is also a great master on TCM clinical, who has been famous for definite diagnosis, light and accurate medication, and good governance of miscellaneous diseases since he has been in practice. Mr. Li has not only mastered syndrome-differentiation of the six meridians, but also takes good use of viscera syndrome differentiation and other ways of differentiation. Meanwhile, he often uses current prescriptions, and the homemade recipes often achieve an unexpected effect. But current research about the areas of clinical thinking is blank, it is to be studied.Traditional Chinese medicine is a bright pearl of Chinese history, and it was the experience accumulated through the efforts of generations of people. These experiences were retained by a lot of books, but how the knowledge links clinic and provides better service to clinic becomes a problem. On this point Mr. Li Keshao provides the young man with valuable experience. He said, "We will be bound to encounter difficulties when we study ancient medical books. But it is possible for us to look for correct answers as long as we combine it with clinic. Otherwise, it will inevitably go astray aside clinical practice and forces the books in line with our own opinions."In the Tang Dynasty Sun Simiao mentioned in the “Supplement to Invaluable Prescriptions for Ready Reference” that "healers are thinkers. The ones who have good intention are good doctors." It refers that in the practice of medicine, the intention is the most important. If any doctors want to achieve a good therapeutic effect in clinical practice, the basic condition is to improve their clinical thinking. This thesis aims to study the biographies, books, papers, medical records of Mr. Li Keshao to summarize the thoughts and methods of Mr. Li, which could be beneficial to the development of clinical medicine.
