Objective:(1)To revise the Chinese version of Diagnostic Thinking Inventory (DTI) compiled by Bordage G, and to examine its reliability and validity.(2)Using the Chinese version of diagnostic thinking questionnaire to detect the effect with SimMan3G and ECS comprehensive simulation practice teaching in diagnostic thinking cultivation.Methods:(1)On the basis of revised Chinese version of Diagnostic Thinking Inventory (DTI) and the forecasting test, using the Chinese version of Diagnostic Thinking Inventory (DTI-CV)/Chinese Version of Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory (CTDI-CV) and clinical Diagnostic Thinking standardized medical record test compiled by clinical experts, we administrated508experimenters including Medical college students and clinical doctors.145Medical college students have been tested after a month, EFA was used to verify the reliability and validity (For example, right scale、homogeneous reliability testing scale reliability, construct validity, criterion validity of school inspection scale validity).(2)The students from the Medical college of a comprehensive University in Hunan Province of07Grade in five-year clinical specialties were divided into two groups in effect at random. The control group of35students was taken with traditional method, and the experimental group of another35persons was accepted by a new practice teaching mode with SimMan3G simulation and ECS comprehensive simulation training bedside the traditional practice. Using the Chinese version of the diagnostic thinking questionnaire to assess and compare the diagnostic thinking of the experimental group and control group interns.Results:(1)The Cronbach’s a of the Chinese version of Diagnostic Thinking Inventory questionnaire was0.629and the test-retest reliability of the questionnaire was0.922at one month interval; the correlations between DTI-CV and the CTDI-CV were0.208-0.862, and There were significant differences between the different groups on scores of DTI-CV and CTDI-CV, more scores on the high title.(2)To accept the new practice teaching mode the experimental group which have accepted the new practice teaching mode of interns got a significant higher score in clinical diagnostic thinking than those from the control group.Conclusions:(1)The reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Diagnostic thinking questionnaire meet the standard of psychometrics.(2)The thinking ability of the clinical diagnosis can be effectively improved with SimMan3G and ECS comprehensive simulation practice.
