Objective:(1) copy by traditional Chinese medicine theory coke rat spleen dampness model. General conditions of rats were recorded, swimming time, measuring body weight, rectal temperature, mean temperature, food intake, water intake, fecal output, D-xylose and other indicators, after ten weeks after feeding, measuring rat intestine propulsion rate, blood biochemical indices, ELISA kits. (2) Document Now nearly 10 years, with tutor groups and expert opinions, coke rat spleen dampness model evaluation system. The rats were evaluated data into the system, giving each rat was scored, the score for statistical analysis, if statistically significant, indicating that the model is successfully established.Results:(1) Compared with the control group of rats, the model rats dull coat, body weight loss, fatigue, weakness. Food, drinking water was significantly reduced, D-xylose metabolic rate, intestinal propulsive rate dropped significantly. Blood biochemistry, in comparison with the control group of rats, ALT content model group decreased; CHE, TP, ALB, GLB, A/G, CHOL, TG, HDL-C was significantly reduced; LDL-C levels increased, AST/ALT levels increased significantly; ELISA index, in comparison with the control group of rats, C3 model group, IL-2 was significantly reduced; IL-1, GAS decreased, SIGA, IGG content on a downward trend, but no significant changes. Results Generation (2) into the rat spleen in rats after scoring coke dampness model evaluation system scores were statistically analyzed with statistical significance.Conclusion:The rat spleen dampness in the coke replicate successful models. Spleen dampness in the coke model evaluation system in line with the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, can be successfully evaluated in rat model of spleen dampness in the coke.
