And checkup the patients’level of BMD, ALP, S-Ca,1,25(OH)2D3, E2. Then analyzed the results of detail experiment.ResultsAfter treatment12weeks, comparison between the two groups of patients’VAS score and evaluation of curative effect (P<0.05), with statistical significance. The effective is the treatment group better than the control group—the treatment group effective rate was90.00%, the control group was70.00%;the level of BMD were increased in both groups, but compared with the control group, the level of BMD is significantly increased;with statistically significance (P<0.05); Two groups of patients’ s-Ca,1,25(OH)2D3and E2were higher; but all within normal range fluctuations, compared the two groups after treatment was statistically significant difference (P<0.05), two groups of ALP were significantly lower in the normal range, contrast similar between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant.24weeks after treatment, compared with12weeks of treatment, the VAS score, curative effect evaluation are similar between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05,24weeks after treatment, the treatment group effective rate was93.33%, the control effective rate was83.33%; Two groups of treatment reduced bone mineral density increased significantly at12weeks, and the treatment group is better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Two groups of patients’ s-Ca,1,25(OH)2D3, E2treatment of12weeks levels have increased significantly, but still in the normal range, the treatment group than the control group increased obviously, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Two groups of ALP were decreasing in the normal range, the treatment group reduced more apparent, difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionGubao pellets have definite effect for the deficiency of the liver and kidney type in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients. It’s better to combine with the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment than that pure western medicine treatment.
