Effects Of Tuina To BFGF On The Tendon Enthesiopathy SD Rat Model

Objective Establishing a SD rat model of tendon enthesiopathy, to observe the histological changes of the Achilles tendon and to determine the expression change of bFGF.To explore the interference effect and its mechanism of massage therapy on tendon enthesiopathy.Methods 28 male SD rats fed a week later, were randomly divided into 4 groups:A, B, C, D group,7 rats in each group.Group A rats right hand limb was as normal group (A1),the left hind limb was as model group (A2);Group B rats right hind limb was 7d natural recovery group (B1), the left hind for 7d treatment group (B2);Group C rats right hind limb was 14d natural recovery group (B1), the left hind for 14d treatment group (B2);Group D rats right hind limb was 21d natural recovery group (B1), the left hind for 21d treatment group (B2).A1 group was without any treatment and the others were made of the rat Achilles tendon enthesiopathy model. I collagenase injection was adopted to establish the model of the Achilles tendon injury in rats. After two weeks of setting up the model,B2、C2 and D2 group were treated by using the rubbing technique to the the affected side of the lower limbs, once a day, every 10min.The other groups were not treated.A1and A2 group were killed 2 weeks after modeling,B1 and B2 were killed 3 weeks after modeling,Cl and C2 were killed 4 weeks after modeling,Dl and D2 were killed 5 weeks after modeling.To detect the expression of bFGF and to observe the morphology of the Achilles tendon.Results The expression of bFGF on the model group was significantly higher than the normal group after molding(P<0.01).Then, with the wound healing, the expression of bFGF decreased gradually.The decreased rate of treatment group was greater than the natural repair group on the same period.C1 (P＜0.05) and C2 (P<0.01) were the most significant.The morphology showed that the treatment group were better than the natural repair group in the same period.Conclusion Tuina can play a role of intervention to the expression of bFGF of rat Achilles tendon injury in order to promote the repair of Achilles tendon injury.
