Granule Moxibustion Behavior Of Rheumatoid Arthritis Rats And The Effects Of Morphological Changes

Objective: Observe the effect of granule moxibustion treatment on Rheumatoid Arthritis with the aucpoints of ST36 and BL40 on the basis of TCM.By recording the data variation of the behavior AA rats on paw withdral thermal lantency (PWTL) and analyzing the HE stain result,to pillar the effect of moxibution with much more theratical basis.Method:separate 48 healthy rats into 4 groups :the blank group,blank group with moxibustion,RA group and RA with moxibustion group.Treat relative group with festering moxibustion with 3 courses.Each course lasts 6 days,resting 1 day between two courses. Recording the data variation of the behavior AIA rats on paw withdral thermal lantency (PWTL) and the HE stain.Result:the data of foot swollen degree indicates the the model of AA rats are successful with statistic difference(P<0.05);after the comparison of behavial data,the score of arthritic flextion pain test and motor and PWTL have statistic difference(P<0.05),implying that moxibustion has the capability to treat RA effectively.Method of clinical study: Dividing 40 RA patients into two groups randomly, comparing group and experiment group, each one has 20 cases.The treatment are orally taken Celebex and festering-moxibustion on ST36 and BL40 with BL40 with the combination of Celebex respectively. Courses of treatment last for 3 weeks.The effective of the treatment is appraised by clinical disease activity index, which is tested twice that before and after the treatment.Clinical Result: First, the general condition of the two groups has been calculated to exclude difference which stand in the way of comparing the effect. Then the total effective rate of the two groups are calculated with the result of experiment group scoring85% and comparing group 70%.There is great significance between the two groups (P<0.05) statistically.Conclusion: 1.theexperimentai results show that the grain can be improved motor scores in rats RA,RA rats decreased pain response,improve endurance.2.clinical studies showed that the grain moxibustion with oral celecoxib therapycan improve the clinical efficacy RA worthy offurther promotion of the use in clinical practice.
