ObjectiveDiscussion Correlation between pathological type, tumor diameter, metastasis, Staging, cancer-related anemia and impact of prognostic factors of gastric cancer patients.MethodsCollecting yanbian hospital in January 2004 to December 2013 decade for gastric cancer diagnosis in yanbian university affiliated hospital patients,1249 cases were analyzed retrospectively, including pathology 905 cases with complete data. Count data were analyzed using the X2 test, ranked data using rank sum test, measurement data using analysis of variance and t test, count data using X2 test trend test, measurement data trend test using analysis of variance, stomach cancer prognostic factors using logistic regression analysis; statistical analysis using SPSS 19.0 statistical software, p<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results1.January 2004 to December 2013 1249 cases of gastric cancer patients, which 924 were male,325 were female, male to female ratio was 2.84:1;2.GC minimum age 24 years, maximum 90 years, with an average age of 61.40± 10.61 years old; GC according to the age characteristics can be divided into three stages, namely≤40 years,41to60 years and> 60 years, former 5 years (2004 to 2008)GC patients≤40 years old 24 cases (4.48%), nearly 5 years (2009-2013) 19 cases (2.66%), former 5 years GC patients 41to60 years old 237 cases (44.22%), nearly 5 years 268 cases (37.59%), former 5 years> 60 years old 275 cases (51.30%), nearly 5 years 426 cases (59.75%), nearly five years compared with the former five years comparison, GC age distribution tends to the aged.3.905 cases of GC patients with pathological complete well-differentiated carcinoma 57 cases (6.3%), moderately differentiated carcinoma 276 cases (30.5%),poorly differentiated carcinoma 566 cases(62.5%),others (differentiation is unclear) 6 cases (0.7%),which poorly differentiated cancer the most common; GC patients without metastasis 253 cases (28.0%), lymph node metastasis 322 cases (35.6%), the surrounding organs metastasis 166 cases (18.3%), distant metastasis 164 cases (18.1%), which the lymph node metastasis the most common.13cases of GC patients occurred metastasis in well-differentiated carcinoma, the metastasis rate was 22.8%; 184 cases of GG patients occurred metastasis in moderately differentiated carcinoma, the metastasis rate was 66.7%; 449 cases occurred metastasis in poorly differentiated carcinoma, the metastasis rate was 79.3%. The lower the degree of differentiation, the higher the metastasis rate. GC patients without metastasis 253 cases, the diameter of 3.11±1.90cm, lymph node metastasis 322 cases, the diameter of 4.04±1.73cm, organ metastasis 166 cases, the diameter of 4.58±1.94cm, Distant metastasis 164 cases, the diameter of4.59±2.08 cm. The larger the diameter, the more distant metastasis.4.Well-differentiated carcinoma 21 cases of anemia, the incidence of anemia 36.8%, moderately differentiated carcinoma 147 cases of anemia, the incidence of anemia was 53.3%, poorly differentiated cancer250 cases of anemia, the incidence of anemia 44.2%. GC patients between the degree of anemia with tumor differentiation was no significant difference, however, whether the anemia associated with tumor differentiation degree. GC patients of I, II period 504 cases,190 cases of anemia, the incidence of anemia 37.7%, GC patients of III,IV period 401 cases,231 cases of anemia, the incidence of anemia 57.6%, III, IV period incidence of anemia more than I, II period. GC patients without metastasis 253 cases,86 cases of anemia, the incidence of anemia 34.0%; lymph node metastasis 322 cases,142 cases of anemia occurs, the incidence of anemia 44.1%; organ metastasis 166 cases,97 cases of anemia, the incidence of anemia 58.4%, distant metastasis 164 cases,96 cases of anemia, the incidence of anemia 58.5%. The more distant metastasis, the higher the incidence of anemia.5. So far,905 cases of gastric cancer patients,161 cases of death, condition improved 744 cases, single factor analysis found that national, hemoglobin value, tumor differentiation degree, transfer, treatment, pathological stage, the diameter size is related influencing factors of gastric cancer, difference was statistically significant, age, gender, smoking, drinking and hepatitis is not the factors influencing the prognosis of gastric cancer。Multiariable analysis found that national, hemoglobin, tumor differentiation degree, metastasis, treatment were independent prognostic factors of gastric cancer, the Korean-Chinese, Hb abnormalities, organ and distant metastasis are risk factors; surgery, surgery plus adjuvant therapy is a protective factor. conclusion1. Nearly 5 years GC patients age distribution tends to aging.2. GC patients with the lower the degree of differentiation, the higher the metastasis rate;the larger the diameter, the more distant metastasis.3. GC patients with the lower the degree of tumor differentiation and the farther metastasis, the higher incidence of anemia;’Ⅲ, Ⅳ period the incidence of anemia higher than Ⅰ,Ⅱ period.4. Nationality, hemoglobin value, degree of tumor differentiation, transfer, treatment, pathological stage, the diameter size is related factors of prognosis of gastric cancer.5. The Korean-Chinese,anemia,organ and distant metastasis of gastric cancer patients with poor prognosis, after surgery and surgery plus adjuvant treatment of gastric cancer patients, rognosis is relatively good.
