The Quality Of Life Scale Improvement And Evaluation In Patients With Lung Cancer

Objective To develop the quality of life for patients with Quality of life Instruments for Cancer Patients-Lung cancer (QLICP-LU V2.0) version of the test, and evaluate the reliability, validity, responsiveness.Method According to the Quality of life Instruments for Cancer Patients-Lung cancer (QLICP-LU) deficiency of lung cancer in clinical use, through the method of systematic review and patient interview, presented with Chinese cultural characteristics of the lung cancer specific quality of life scale, the variation coefficient method, factor analysis, correlation analysis the doctor analysis, importance rating method, with importance score of 5 statistical methods of combined screening. The formation of lung cancer scale (QLICP-LU V2.0) version of the test, 100patients were on the amount of evaluation table for evaluation of the quality of life, reliability, validity, responsiveness.Result1.By 5 methods of pre-survey results were screened, developed lung cancer scale has 33 items of general module and 8 items specific module (QLICP-LU V2.0) test version.2. Reliability Evaluation:the test-retest reliability was 0.949, analysis of the internal consistency of the Cronbachalpha coefficient was 0.711, the distribution coefficient was 0.943. The scale has good reliability.3. Validity:development and development scale is based on the scale of the programmed decision, by the relevant professional personnel with different methods and repeated screening, so that has good content validity. The general module and the specific module respectively by the method of principal component analysis to extract the common factor and the varimax rotation,10、4 principal components were obtained,10 principal components of the general module of the cumulative contribution rate of 4 principal components, the cumulative contribution rate of the specific module, main content and theoretical structure of the general module specific module on behalf of the experts and clinical advance consistent, can be considered satisfactory construction validity.4.Degree appraisal:the scale of PHD, PSD, SOD, SSD, LUD, TOT in all areas of the SMR values were 0.358,0.644,0.612,0.684,0.658,0.882, in addition to the low PHD value, the value is greater than 0.600, so the scale has good reaction degree.Conclusion Quality of Life Instruments for Cancer Patients-Lung cancer (QLICP-LU V2.0) version of the test has good reliability, validity and responsiveness, and can be used to evaluate the quality of life of patients with lung cancer Chinese.
