Expression Of TLR2 In Periapical Periodontitis In Rats

Objective: To study of the expression of TLR2 in the process of rat periapical periodontitis. to explore the clinical curative effect of periarthritis photodynamic therapy to treat the apex, periarthritis pathogenesis and treatment method, studies the apex of periarthritis for the apex provide certain theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods: Select 20 SD rats, rat periapical animal model in rats after right mandibular first molar to open pulp, the medullary cavity is filled with PBS buffer, canal imported glass ionomer temporarily closed. After 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks were randomly from each of the four time points five mice were fixed after dissected rat mandibular tissue, decalcified, making frozen sections. Immunohistochemical staining of Toll-like receptor 2 expression and distribution in rat periapical tissues.Results:One week, two weeks, three weeks, four weeks of the four time points showed positive expression of TLR2 in periapical inflammation area. TLR2 expression of inverted V-shaped, that TLR2 expression in the first three weeks on the rise, and in three weeks time to peak, then began to decrease. TLR2 positive cells compared with normal control group, A statistically significant difference(P <0.05).Conclusion: 1.TLR2 expression in experimental rat model of periapical and TLR2 expression is closely related to the apical periodontitis.
