| Objective:To investigate Huang Qi San Shen Yin radioactive gastritis intervention and treatment, so as to achieve according to traditional Chinese medicine, provide the basis for Chinese medicine treatment of other radiation injury.Methods:A clinical research methods, the establishment of the inclusion criteria, discharge standards, termination of the experiment standards, Collection of 40 cases of postoperative gastric cancer (except total gastrectomy), after esophagectomy and the integration of a stomach esophagus cancer, gastric lymphoma, bile duct carcinoma after operation, preoperative radiotherapy after total abdominal peritoneal lymphoma, cervical cancer patients with radiation therapy such as radiotherapy target can’t rule out of the stomach, press disease were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 20 people. All patients in the symptomatic treatment of gastrointestinal symptoms, but the treatment group since the start of radiotherapy that oral Huang Qi San Shen Yin and subtraction with the disease control group not taking the medicine. All patients from the date of radiotherapy, the inquiry and detailed records of upper abdominal discomfort symptoms, including stomach pain, bloating, pay less, belching, heartburn, vomiting time, and began recording the radiation dose and symptoms when symptoms have been irradiated remission time. Weekly review of blood during radiotherapy, two weeks to review the liver and kidney function. Two weeks after the end of radiotherapy review the blood, liver and kidney function review in January until the end of follow-up. Before radiotherapy, after radiotherapy to the symptom score after a week and the end of January, and the follow-up to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results:The incidence of two radioactive gastritis was no significant difference P> 0.05; clinical symptoms in terms of severity of radioactive gastritis There were significant differences between the two groups P<0.05; at the time of the radioactive gastritis symptoms begin to appear, the remission time, primary tumor suffered radiation dose, the two groups were statistically significant P<0.05; compared before and after treatment, bloating, stomach pain, less satisfied in the two groups, clinical symptoms belching, heartburn, vomiting and other differences are integral there was a significant statistical significance (P<0.05); bloating, stomach pain, low sodium, clinical symptoms belching, heartburn, vomiting and other integral differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Points have been statistically significant difference between groups (P<0.05) when comparing two sets of symptoms; at the end of radiotherapy bloating, stomach pain, belching, vomiting symptoms, the treatment group than the control group, but the points difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05); less satisfied, heartburn symptoms treatment group than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant points (P<0.05). Safety indicators, the two groups were not significantly different before and after treatment.Conclusions:Huang Qi San Shen Yin can delay and reduce the radiation therapy in patients with gastrointestinal adverse reactions, can protect the stomach from radiation injury, reduce gastric damage, reduce the radiotherapy side effects, improve stomach radiation damage threshold, in order to improve the radiation dose or finish effect a radical cure dose radiotherapy of tumor, so as to improve the effect of radiotherapy, prolong survival patients with tumor. |
