The Clinical Research Of Treatment Of Yiqi Yangyin Method United Western Medicine In Radioactive Pneumonia

Objective:The aim of this study is to observe the clinical curative effect of YiqiYangyin method combined with western medicine in radioactive pneumonia. By assessing patients’clinical symptoms, KPS scores, the use time of hormone, body weight,chest X-ray changes and the safety of treatment before and after the treatment, understand the clinical value of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of radioactive pneumonia, and provide clinical basis for traditional Chinese medicine to prevent and control of radioactive pneumonia.Methods:With the method of randomized controlled,30patients of radioactive pneumonia which are deficient of Qi and Yin were randomly divided into2groups, the treatment group (YiqiYangyin method combined with western medicine therapy) have15cases, the control group (western medicine therapy) have15cases. After a month, respectively observe the two groups in the aspects such as clinical symptoms, KPS scores, the use time of hormone, body weight,chest X-ray changes and the safety of treatment before and after the treatment.Results:Through the comparison of the aspects such as the clinical symptoms of TCM, KPS scores, lung shadow absorption condition, hormone use time and the safety of treatment, treatment group are superior to control group, and they have significant statistical significance (P <0.05). However, in the aspect of body weight, two groups have no difference and have no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:In terms of body weight, the treatment effect of YiqiYangyin method combined with western medicine therapy and pure western medicine in radioactive pneumonia is quite, but in the aspects such as relieving the TCM clinical symptoms, improving patients’ life quality, shortening the hormone use time, promoting the pulmonary inflammation absorption and safety treatment, the former has more advantages, and the overall treatment effect is better.
