Clinical Study On The Intervention Of Osteoporotic Thoracolumbar Compression Fractures Lead To Bloating, Constipation Wih The Liu-Mo-Tang Decoction

Objective:To observe Clinical study on the Intervention of osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures lead to bloating, constipation wih the Liu-mo-tang decoction. Through these two methods, compare the recovery of gastrointestinal function differences and Promote the Liu-mo-tang decoction in the clinical application and promotionMethods:Select the Jiangsu Provincial Hospital orthopedic compression fractures in patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar March 2014 Yi hospitalized in August 2015 a total of 80 cases. Parallel control according to the random principle, matching were randomly divided into groups A and B, A group of 41 cases with six mill decoction for treatment, group B 39 cases with oral lactulose therapy. Compare symptom scores before and after treatment, and the two groups purge time to analyze whether the differences between the two groups.Results:1.Comparison between the two groups, there is no difference (p> 0.05) between A and B groups before treatment, there are significant differences (p<0.05) after treatment,24h, 48h two groups, the therapeutic effect of group A was better than group B.2.Before and after treatment comparison group, there are significant differences (p<0.05) between two goups before treatment and after treatment 24h,48h.It affirme their therapeutic efficacy.3. The two groups from the purge time, the difference between the two groups, suggesting that the two groups at different times catharsis, the Liu-mo-tang decoction rapid onset of action is strong.4. The therapeutic effect of view, after treatment 48h, the effective rate was respectively 97.56%,89.74% between the two groups, the differences were statistically significant (p<0.05).Conclusion:The Liu-mo-tang decoction can significantly improve the thoracolumbar compression fractures bloating, constipation symptoms, clinical efficacy is better than western medicine.
