Clinical Research Of TCM Syndrome Distribution And Related Factors Of Endometriosis

Objective:To observe and analyse the clinical relative factors of origin and development of Endometriosis and its TCM syndrome distribution, and to analyse the relationship between them.Methods:analysing the differentiation syndrome of 310 cases of EMT and classifying the results with descriptive statistical analysis, exploring the related factors such as age,occupation, course of the disease.etc and the distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome, and the correlation between them With statistical methods.Results:1.The risk factors associating with the onset of EMT:childbearing age (81%), mental workers, food preferences (cool or cold, acrid,fat), bad emotion(be under high studying/working pressure,over-thoughtful,pessimistic,irritable),early menarche age, bad habits during menstruation (getting cold, exercise,wearing tights and sexual intercourse) and iatrogenic factors such as induced abortion,cesarean section.2.TCM syndrome distribution of EMT:Blood stasis syndrome as common one, TCM syndrome distribution of EMT are mainly divided into these types:qi stagnation and blood stasis, cold coagulation and blood stasis, kidney deficiency and blood stasis,damp heat and blood stasis and other syndrome types combined by this 4 basic types,of which qi stagnation and blood stasis, kidney-deficiency and blood stasis,cold coagulation and blood stasis account for main proportion. Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome accounts for 82 cases (26.5%), kidney deficiency and blood stasis accounts for 49 cases (15.8%), cold coagulation and blood stasis accounts for 44 cases (14.2%), wet blood stasis syndrome accounts for 28 cases(9.0%), stagnation of liver-qi、splenic asthenia and blood stasis accounts for 28 cases(9.0%), qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome accounts for 24 cases (7.7%), followed by wet and blood stasis accounts for 17 cases (5.5%), blood stasis heat exchange accounts for 19 cases (6.1%), phlegm and blood stasis accounts for 9 cases (2.9%) and cold dampness and blood stasis syndrome accounts for 9 cases (2.9%).3. correlation between the distribution of TCM syndrome type and related factors:Some correlation have existed between patients’ age, course of the disease, dietary preferences, emotional factor, induced abortion, gynecological examination results and TCM syndrome types of patients with endometriosis.Conclusion:TCM syndrome distribution of patients with EMT are:qi stagnation and blood stasis, kidney-deficiency and blood stasis,cold coagulation and blood stasis, wet blood stasis type, a certain correlation exists in TCM syndrome distribution and related factors: age,duration, numbers of induced abortion, food preference, emotional factors,abortion, gynecological examination results.
