The Comparison Of Short-term Efficacy Between Zero-p And Cage With Itaniumt Plate In Cervical Spondylotic

Objective:Comparison in anterior cervical surgery using Zero-P system and traditional ACDF two kinds of surgery in the treatment of cervical spondylosis in the near future curative effects.Methods:Back in September 2013 to September 2014 in Chinese medicine hospital of Jiangsu province orthopedics diagnosis of cervical spondylosis, surgical treatment of 58 patients,accept Zero-P system for a group of patients (Zero-P group, 29 cases); Traditional ACDF for a group of patients (Traditional group,29 cases). Comparing two groups in Operation time; Blood loss; Hospital stay; Postoperative complications; CCI; before and after surgery, Visual Analogue scale method (VAS) and quality of life scale (SF-36) assessment. Application of SPSS.16.0 data analysis of each group,P<0.05 means that difference was statistically significant.Results:Zero-P group and traditional group, surgery respectively each period of time (30±27) min and (51±21) min, the blood loss, respectively (10±17)mL and (21±30) mL, patients respectively of confinement (7±3.3) d and (8±5.1)d, difference between the two groups have statistical significance (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative discomfort swallowing Zero-P group significantly less than traditional group (P<0.05).While, incidence of before and after surgery have no statistical significance (P>0.05). Two groups of patients with cervical spondylosis patients for VAS score; Postoperative follow-up points before operation were improved (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference between two groups (P>0.1). SF-36 postoperative follow-up points more preoperative physical, mental score significantly increased (P<0.05). The two groups of comparisons, after 3 months, the Zero-P group is superior to the traditional surgery group (P<0.05).Conclusions:Zero-P system operation and anterior Cage+titanium plate internal fixation can obviously improve the clinical symptoms, Zero-P system of easier operation; can shorten the operation time; reduce the damage; less bleeding; fewer complications... It is a kind of safe, effective and stable internal fixation in cervical spine surgery.
