To Observe The Anru Xiaotong Salve In The Treatment Of Hyperplasia Of Mammary Gland

Objective:To analyze the function mechanism and therapeutic advantages of Anru Xiaotong salve through observing its clinical curative effect in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands(Chong and Ren kidney disorder type), so as to provide theoretical and clinical basis for the later development of new drugs.Methods:Totally 50 patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands in breast surgery clinic of Jiangsu Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(May,2013-May,2014) were randomly divided into two groups. The therapy group(n=30) was treated with Anru Xiaotong salve, while the control group(n=20) was treated with danazol(produced by Jingasu Lianhuan Pharmacautical Co., Limited, National Drug Approval Number H20023116). The courses of treatment of two groups were both 3 months, during which the improvement of clinical symptoms and the change of serum sex hormones(E2、PRL、P) of the patients were observed.Results:① Anru Xiaotong salve has good effects in alleviating breast pain and reducing breast tumor for patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands. The markedly effective rate of the treatment group was 83%, while that of the control group was 50% (P<0.05); the total efficiency of the treatment group was 97%, while that of the control group was 75% (P> 0.05) ② The level of serum estrogen of the patients was significantly lowered after being treated(P<0.01); ③ The level of prolactin of the patients was significantly lowered (P<0.01). ④ The level of progesterone (P) did not change significantly (P>0.01).Conelusions:① Anru Xiaotong salve has definite effects in treating patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands for it can alleviate breast pain and reduce breast tumor;②lowering the level of E2、PRL of patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands may be the mechanism of Anru Xiaotong salve in healing hyperplasia of mammary gland. ③Anru Xiaotong salve heals hyperplasia of mammary glands through integrative adjustment of endocrine system of patients.:④Anru Xiaotong salve is very effective in warming the kidney, regulating Chong and Ren, activating blood, eliminating stagnation and relieving swelling and pain, so it is effective treatment to hyperplasia of mammary glands(Chong and Ren kidney disorder type)...
