| Objective: To observe Clinical Research on the effect of the therapy combinedWen-Shen-Zhu-Yun Decoction with Clomifene Citrate Tablets on Infertility due toPolycystic Ovary Syndrome and explore its function mechanism.Methods:60patientswith PCOS diagnosed defieiency of kidney yang syndrome were divided into twogroups randomly.The combination therapy of Wen-Shen-Zhu-Yun Decoction andClomifene Citrate Tablets was given to the treatment group including30patients. Atthe same time the simple treatment of Clomifene Citrate Tablets was given to thecontrol group including30patients. The time of treatment is a total of six months.Ifthe patients are pregnant, the observation will discontinue. Observe the pregnant rate,thechanges of the syndrome of Traditional Chinese Medicine, serum hormone levels suchas the changes of T,LH,FSH, Basie Body Temperature(BBT) and the Ovarianvolume.Results：The total effective rate is86.67%,the rate of TCM Zhenghou is90.00%,the ovulation rate is73.33%and the pregancy rate is53.33%in treatmentgroup.They are53.33%,56.67%,46.67%and23.33%in control group.There issignificant difference between two groups（P<0.05）.After treatment the two groups canboth decrease the levels of T,LH,LH/FSH and diminish the Ovarian volume.But there issignificant difference between two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thecombination therapy of Wen-Shen-Zhu-Yun Decoction with Clomifene is an effeetivetreatment on infertility due to Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. Wen-Shen-Zhu-YunDecoction and Clomiphere promote the follicles’ development and mature, and increasepregnancy rate.At the same time this therapy can also reduce the side effects ofClomiphere, complement each other to improve treatment effect. |
